Reach supports major research initiatives related to disability, including literacy as a right, as well as barrier-free access to Canadian law schools and other educational institutions.

Reach enriches community life through many public initiatives. For example, Reach successfully led the nomination of Canada for the Franklin D. Roosevelt International Disability Award, which was presented to the Prime Minister at the United Nations.

Reach provides legal experts for public discussions at the request of non-profit disability and consumer organizations. Reach staff is always available to speak with agencies and community groups about the organization and its activities.
